STRIDE X EMILY GADD YOGA

We are extremely excited to announce the introduction of STRIDE Yoga with none other than Emily Lord-Gadd.

Emily is a 200 hour Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga teacher. Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga is a popular flow based practice combining all elements of the Asanas with breath work.

These sessions will be around an hour long and will be held in The Park Room at COACH in French Weir park above The Weir cafe, with expansive views of the River Tone and the surrounding area.

The session will begin at 1815 so please arrive before hand.

YOGA MATS AND EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED
